Manna Church believes that the Bible is the handbook of life. If you would like to get more out of your Bible reading this group is for you. The group will be a very accessible overview of some of the art and science of Bible study. A few things we will learn about: An overview of how the Bible flows and fits together (ex how Old Testament and New Testament are related) How to choose the translation to use, How to properly understand different types of literature in the Bible (ex poetry vs historical narrative). Why the author and the author's intended audience are critical to understanding a passage of Scripture.
