Our group is all about supporting each other in our fitness journeys. Whether you're just starting out or a seasoned fitness fanatic, we all benefit from a supportive environment. We'll start by setting our individual fitness goals and challenges, then devise a plan to reach them. Each of us will be paired with a fitness partner and use an app to track our workouts, ensuring we stay on track. We'll also gather as a group at least once a week, on a day that suits everyone, to share our progress and provide mutual support.
