Come help out with this awesome military family event located on Fort Cavazos! The event will be on Saturday, July 19th, and there will be several areas that you can volunteer in:

• Food services
• Registration
• Floaters.

If you have a preference of shift time and area you would like to serve, please indicate in this registration whether you want to serve in food service, registration or floaters and which specific task and shift you'd like to do dependent on the descriptions outlined below. If you do not have a preference, we will assign you where it's most needed. 

🍔🌭 Food service details: 

Grilling will be from 9-11am, split into two 1-hour shifts to limit how much time individuals are standing near the hot grill in the Texas heat.

All other Food Service areas for this event will fall under the two shift times (9am-11am or 11:30am-1:30pm).

• The first shift will include setup.
• The second shift will include tear down.
• 👨‍🍳🥤Serving food will consist of wrapping the foods as they're prepared and handing them along with waters out to the attendees.
• 🎫 People will be given a wristband tag or meal ticket for their food. Please make sure they have the proper tag and are in the right line! 

👨‍💻🎟️Registration:

We will need at least 4 people for each shift (9am-11am or 11:30-1:30pm). This team will check people in and assist those not registered for the event! 

👷‍♀️👷‍♂️Floaters:

This team is for SERVE Team who can show up for either shift prepared to help in any way needed.
